Innovative building management systems offered by Exence allow to equip buildings and structures with modern teletechnical solutions to connect, upgrade and modify appliances and install antenna wiring system. Our Customers are provided with comprehensive services – from designing, consulting and installation of teletechnical systems to maintenance and post-sales support.
Systems are divided into seven types, depending on their characteristics, purposes and functions:
Wired systems for audio, video and data transmission
Today, no company would be able to operate without the modern integrated multi-purpose wiring systems. These systems enable communication between a variety of hardware, e.g. network devices, computers, printers, telephones and other peripherals. Furthermore, wires are used to build LAN/WAN networks.
Power supply systems
Contemporary devices, especially as sensitive as computer hardware, require safe and stable power supply solutions. Exence provide comprehensive services related to the power supply systems, such as designing and building electrical installations, low voltage networks, internal and external lighting systems, electric switchboards, and uninterruptible power systems (UPS). Implementation of the proposed solutions ensures greater work comfort. Surveillance systems
Ensuring safety of people, information and devices is one of the most important tasks of the electronic surveillance and security systems. Surveillance systems prevent unauthorised access to the premises, detect trespassers or intruders, record incidents (video and audio), and improve effectiveness of physical security. In case of unexpected events or emergencies, the records help to identify the offender and verify true purpose for seeking entry or any other criminal activity.
Fire protection systems
Exence’s offering include integrated fire protection solutions, such as fire detection and fire alarm systems, and inert gas fire extinguishing systems. As a part of the deal, Exence provide system design and installation services. The above solutions guarantee safety for buildings and people inside them.
Audio systems and emergency sound systems
The systems can be used to broadcast announcements (information, emergency, commercial) in both indoor and outdoor locations; they can be also used to play music. The main difference between them are their operating conditions. Emergency sound systems are designed to fully operate under severe environmental conditions such as a fire, and therefore it is obligatory to install them in the public use buildings, in accordance with the Regulation of 7 June 2010 by the Minister of Administration and Internal Affairs on fire protection of buildings (Journal of Laws of 2010, No. 109, item 719). Emergency sound systems must be fully compliant with strict safety laws and design guidelines.
Integrated security and building management systems
Modern buildings should be sound and solid, safe and functional in use. To fulfil these requirements, Exence offer solutions to integrate, control, monitor, optimise and report on the systems already installed within the premises. They can be installed in both new and older structures.
Infrastructure solutions for server rooms and data processing centres
Exence also design and implement custom infrastructure solutions, which allow for secure data processing and storing. Any systems to be installed must comply with strict quality and safety standards, in order to ensure reliable operation of the servers and uninterrupted data access.
